Wynsor Homes has built a long standing relationship with our closing attorney, Cheri Thebeau. While you certainly may choose your own attorney, we have found that by using our preferred attorney, the closing process tends to run much smoother as she knows the ins and outs of the Wynsor Homes process. 

Directions: Take I-77 North to Exit 28-Cornelius. Turn left onto West Catawba Ave. Offices are approximately 1 mile on the right (pass Wher-Rena Boat Sales) in the Bank of Granite Building. Turn right on Nanz Road, immediate left into lot for easy parking access.
